Recruiting – Paid Creative Learning & Programme Lead (Parent-Led Arts)
We’re recruiting a Creative Learning & Programme Lead (Parent-Led Arts) to help shape and deliver an exciting new programme in Tower Hamlets.
This role will lead a creative, play-based training programme where parents learn to design and deliver arts workshops for children. Our goals are to build confidence, skills, and community through creativity and community learning.
You’ll work across:
- Children’s creative sessions (ages 0–11)
- Parent training and facilitation
- Programme design, evaluation, and delivery
We’re looking for someone with experience working with both children and adults, strong organisational skills, and a reflective, thoughtful approach to their work.
Where? Hybrid remote flexible hours with some in person sessions at Poplar Union, Tower Hamlets.
Timeline:

Start: Mid-May (with some in-person delivery on Saturday mornings from 6th June)
